Extreme Couponing 101

With gas prices rising, high unemployment, and inflation poised to spiral out of control, your talent for cutting household expenses is becoming more and more important. You can slash services like yard landscaping and premium cable channels (e.g. DIRECTV), and you can reduce your utility bills by using electricity, gas, and water more sparingly. But what about everyday necessities like feeding your family and operating your home?

The average American family spends between $500 and $1,100 every month on groceries, toiletries, cleaning products, pet items, clothes, and simple entertainment costs. You know you can make some sacrifices to get from the high-end of that range to the low-end. But can you really reduce or even eliminate some of these costs without giving up on good nutrition and hygiene? You absolutely can!

ANTI-PERSPIRANT, NO!

A MUST READ..!!!

This is a vital information - literally of life and death - Be sure to read it and send it to those who appreciate it.

WATER AND SOAP IN ARMPIT
BEFORE BEDTIME
We spend the night with clean and underarm deodorant, to be a free breathing time the armpit.
Some time ago, I went to a seminar on Breast Cancer, led by Terry Birk with support from Dan Sullivan.

During the discussion, asked why the most common reason for developing breast cancer tumors is near the armpit.
My question could not be answered at that time.
This information was sent to me recently, and I'm glad it has been answered.
I informed a friend who is undergoing chemotherapy and she said that I had this information, obtained in a support group that frequents ...
Now I want to share information with you.!The main cause of Breast Cancer
is the use of anti-perspirant!

Most products on the market are a combination of anti-perspirant/deodorants.
Look at the labels!
Deodorant is fine,
ANTI-PERSPIRANT, NO.
The concentration of toxins causes
cell mutation:
CANCER. Here's why:

The human body is just a few areas where it can eliminate toxins: behind the knees, behind the ears, the English area and armpits.
Toxins are eliminated through perspiration.
The anti-perspirant, as the name says, prevents you from perspiring, thereby inhibiting the body to eliminate toxins through the armpits.
These toxins do not magically disappear.

As not come with sweat, the organism ta deposited in the lymph glands found under the arms.
Most breast cancers occur in the upper outside quadrant of the breast area.
Precisely where are the glands in men seems to occur to a lesser extent, but are not exempt from
Breast Cancer develop because of the anti-perspirant used instead of soap and water.
The difference lies in the fact that when men use anti-perspirant, not applied directly to the skin, they do so in large part on the hair of the armpits.

Women who apply antiperspirant or aftershave shaving the underarms, increase the risk due to tiny injuries and skin irritations which make harmful chemical components to penetrate more quickly into the body,

Please pass this infornación everyone ...
Breast Cancer is becoming frighteningly common and this warning may save some lives.
If somehow doubt this information, they can make their own investigations
They'll probably come to the same conclusion. —

New Paper Tile Art

I came across this at Etsy, not only did it grab my attention due to the Doctor Who aspect, just the process itself is truly a beautiful art form of it's own.  I took the desciption directly from the artists page, but if you have further question contact

Original process, Paper Tile Mosaic, funky, handmade, limited edition art. All pieces are designed and created by Canadian artist Choleena DiTullio. One of a great collection.
You can purchase it here : http://www.etsy.com/listing/127378766/police-call-box-dr-who-paper-tile-mosaic?ref=shop_home_active
There is a larger version of this piece here:

As soon as I created my Telephone Booth piece I started getting requests to do a police call box. Almost invariably from Dr Who fans. It was an easy sell after the fun I had doing the phone booth. Both of these pieces have finished with a great comic book quality that looks fantastic on the wall. This one is a little less bright than the booth and its dark setting and light allowed me to create a neat 'glow' effect with some yellow tissue paper. Also, if you look closely you will notice some nice, bright, brass upholstery tacks on the sign. This artwork works well in any area that sees games, relaxation, and conversation. Among many others, I used course blue, brown Tibetan, and orange and silver Peepal leaf papers in this piece

This paper mosaic piece is entirely handmade, including the frame. This is an original process creating the visual effect of tile mosaic using various handmade, recycled and crafting papers and acrylic gel. The glass-like, glossy finish is easy to keep clean and can be safely dusted or wiped with a damp cloth. The frame has multiple coats of paint and varathane to ensure a solid finish. Smaller pieces are mounted with a wire hanger and larger pieces are secured for hanging using mounted D-rings. Although it looks like tile mosaic it is very light, easy to hang and offers no worries about transport.
